When I didn't consent to admit the patient they send the patient up, to the wrong department, and the referral team haven't come and see the patient yet. Now they bug me to settle it. Are you kidding me?
Blood bank officer asked me send back the blood to blood bank. When I want to do the so they said I have to call the blood bank officer. What is this?
I have to clerk the patient myself,
Check the vital signs myself,
Set IV cannula myself,
Take blood myself,
Run urgent blood myself,
Check Dxt myself,
Set up the IV drip myself,
Serve the medication myself,
Put up oxygen myself,
Do ECG myself,
Put on cardiac monitor myself,
Check the urine dipstick and UPT myself,
Send patient to X-ray myself,
Refer case myself
Prepare admission myself.
I can do that for one patient, but do you expect me to do for all patients?
They called this a premium hospital,
But we are short of staffs.
When things not done,
Houseman get blamed.
When MA and PPK go MIA, no one bothers to look for them, and houseman has to do their job.
When houseman was away for a while everyone is hunting for them, and find all sorts of way to locate them. Maybe it is a good thing that technology is not so advance until they can locate houseman with GPS.
What we need is more SN, more MA, more PPK. But when urgent things need to be done by these people, houseman has to do it, cause HO = hamba orang.
They said we have excess housemen,
But apparently this premium hospital don't have enough housemen.
Even a premium hospital cannot provide standardised care with shortage of staffs and when the system is overloaded.
